General Services Babysitting Unfortunately the Concierge Desk cannot make arrangements for babysitters. However, they will be happy to provide the phone numbers of several agencies in the area and guests can choose which one to call to make arrangements. Bell Staff Bellmen are located at the Entry Pavillion and in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They will be available to assist you with porterage and luggage storage. Concierge The Concierge Desk is located in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They can help you to arrange dinner reservations, theater and tour tickets, and provide directions to major attractions. The Concierge team at The Fairmont New Orleans are all members of Les Clef d'Or, an international concierge association. Five years experience as a Concierge is required in order to join the association. Elevators Elevators are located in the Main Lobby. A set of escalators directly inside of the front entrance will take guests to the Mezzanine Level, providing easy access to conventions and meetings. Express Check-Out Guests can verify their account and check-out through their television set. A receipt will be mailed to the address provided by the guest at the time of reservation or check-in. Parking Valet parking: $19.00/night including in-and-out privileges ($21.00/night for oversized vehicles) Self parking: $3.00/hour to a maximum of $15.00/day (special events and city activities may affect this price) Pet Policy The Fairmont Hotel New Orleans allows healthy pets weighing less than 25 pounds to stay in the hotel or on premises. This policy is with the exception of seeing-eye dogs needed to assist any visually impaired guests, where no deposit is required. Safety Deposit Boxes Safety deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk at no extra charge. In-room safes are not available. Wheelchair Accessibility The hotel has 20 Fairmont Rooms equipped for the physically-challenged guest. All have two Double beds and a wide entrance door.
